From day one Mark & i were on the same page with respect to an estate sale. We were in constant contact with updates on the market which has been challenging but in order to meet the market there has to be flexibility and some common sense applied to get a result. Mark stuck at the process which resulted in a sale that we were comfortable with in the end.
