Working with Mark was a very positive experience. He is an extremely well-organized, knowledgeable and efficient professional, and a pleasant chap as well. His experience and efficiency gave me confidence that we were doing things the best way to sell my property. Mark kept in regular contact with me, informing me of what was happening at each stage and quickly answering any questions I had. Thanks Mark!

Mark is a genuine and approachable agent who assisted with insight and understanding that only an agent with extensive experience and knowledge could. His guidance through the auction process was spot on and the entire transaction through to settlement went without a hitch. We are super grateful and recommend Mark highly.

We found Mark to be an excellent communicator throughout. As the process unfolded his deep understanding of all the nuances of all the options became apparent, as we didn't really appreciate the complexities and subtleties beforehand, though we have both bought and sold before. With a changing market Mark was across it. He could recommend others we needed along the way to optimize our property for sale. We felt he genuinely cared about the outcome we achieved, which we were delighted with. We would most highly recommend Mark to you.

Great job and helped a lot. Thank you very much

I have used Mark on more than one occassion. I have found him to be honest and reliable. He has given me sound financial advice and was able to bring me a buyer in a short time frame. I would happily recommend Mark to friends or family.

We asked Mark's advice before we put our little house on the market. We did what he recommended and as a result were able to get top dollar. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and made what could have been a stressful time easy. I would never ever sell a house without an agent. Mark's knowledge of the law and management of prospective owners certainly warrants his fee.

We had built up a relationship with Mark for several years around a possible house sale. During the marketing and sale time Mark kept us well informed and lead us through the process of auction, which was completely new for us. He was timely with his meetings and encouraged us to feel fully in control at all times. We appreciated his attention to detail and the knowledge of the current house market in our area. It was a relatively easy process with Mark's skill and knowledge and I wouldn't hesitate tp recommend his services. We will definitely choose hime again when the opportunity arises.

great negotiation skill and understand customer's need

Mark is helpful and professional, his assistance enabled us to navigate the challenges of first home ownership as smoothly as possible.

Mark has been very reliable and informative throughout our home buying process. He's kept us updated and reassured on any concerns we have had on a property, and has been super transparent. Would very much recommend Mark to anyone buying or selling their home.

Mark’s response from our first approach confirmed for us he has an excellent knowledge of real estate and in particular the Lower Hutt market. His advice and communication with us was at all stages of the sale process both prompt and highly focused. We have no hesitation in recommending his services.

The whole family was in agreement when we chose Mark to market our property. He was very patient with explaining what needed to happen, went into lots of detail about how the marketing would work and was very easy to contact when questions came up. The entire process went like clockwork and we were all thrilled with the result. We are happy to recommend Mark to anyone looking to sell their home.
