Mark was very professional in his approach. The booklet he gave me on the property showed that he had done his homework very thoroughly. I appreciated learning more about the history of the property and I found the colour photo of the property from above clearly showing its size and the comparative market analysis report very useful. His campaign calendar clearly showed the proposed dates for each step of the process. I really appreciated the fact that he used his data base quickly to gain a sale without these dates having to be adhered to. I was not looking forward to having a For Sale notice outside or people coming through the house. The dates we worked out together on the dates which still apply to me have been helpful in planning my way forward until settlement. Mark is a good communicator. He explained everything very clearly to me and was a good listener. He made sure that he kept me (and my supporter) in touch with each new development and I liked the way he communicated by text and welcomed my input in the same way. He had a very nice manner with me in my home and showed an interest in how I was coping so soon after the death of my husband of fifty one years.
