Welcoming Agent and an Excellent Negotiator

Mark was very helpful with the purchase of our new home. At the outset we asked for a separate viewing and Mark was happy to arrange this for us. He was warm and welcoming to myself and my husband and our 1.5yr old daughter and provided us with information about the property, whilst giving us space to look around also. We attended a further two open homes and Mark built a really good rapport with us and always made us feel welcome. Mark was extremely organised. He sent us through documentation about the property and then documents for processing our offer, in a timely manner and explained things clearly. In particular, one thing we thought highlighted Mark as a top agent was his negotiation skills. There was no opportunity missed to check if we were putting forward our best offer. This can be frustrating as buyers when you don't want to spend more than you need to - but also in hindsight we are grateful for this checkpoint as it made sure we increased our offer and it was accepted! If Mark hadn't have persisted with getting the best price for the owners we wouldn't have been successful in buying the house - a win for both parties that's for sure :-) Thanks again Mark it's been lovely dealing with you.
