Mark immediately felt open and honest, about what the seller was wanting, what we were after, and how well the property fit that expectation between both parties. In terms of pricing, he set a clear expectation which felt refreshing and no-nonsense, and I think that helped everyone just get on with the overall goal of getting a house sold and bought. It wasn't the easiest technical sale, with dependencies and a long conditional period which needed a lot of work. But Mark kept communication through to us as the buyers as open as he could, and professional with it. And that was the main key for us in persisting with the buying process, and I have no doubt he was the positive encouragement to help the seller deal with the bureaucracy that was needed for them to move to their new house.
