Construct Enterprises is a Residential developing company that specialises in both multi residential development and high end housing. I was approached by Cian and Mark who offered to provide me with an appraisal that would highlight expected Sales pricing for my three townhouse development located in Forfar street. This was my first time having dealt with both Cian and Mark, however I was immediately impressed with both their professionalism and eagerness to be given an opportunity to market this development on behalf of Construct Enterprises Cian and Mark continued to keep in contact during the build process and were keen to know the ins and outs of the development, so much so they would visit the site fortnightly which allowed them an intimate knowledge of every aspect of the build process. On completion of the Townhouse I had Cian and Mark prepare a marketing plan for the Front unit and took their advice ,that we should take the property to market prior to the Christmas break despite it being a time where the market traditionally slows. The marketing presentation, photos and content the prepared was of a high quality and reflected the quality of the development in every aspect. I was pleasantly surprised (despite the time of year) that they sold the first unit within 3 weeks, and I attribute this to the commitment, determination and professionalism they demonstrated. I listed the other two townhouses with them in late January 2024 and again was pleased with the result given they have these two units under contract already. I would recommend both Cian and Mark to anyone looking to sell or buy as they are committed professionals looking to provide a quality service. I was especially impressed with their communication skills as they kept me updated every step of the way with their weekly reports and regular calls.
