From the small amount of face-to-face contact we had with Mark, we found him to be friendly, open and enthusiastic. Found the process very different from any other real estate deals we have undertaken. Thought there would be more personal one-on-one communication, rather than just email communication.

Thanks Jenny Arizto systems as I mentioned are very different and much more electronically driven, so no papers to sign or meetings. As you were away on holiday for two weeks for the quick section transaction there was little to discuss in honesty. Apart from me advising you the deal was unconditional and that I had personally cut the purchased section prior to settlement. I am sure our future discussions will be more personal and regular.
