Mark was a great communicator, every step of the way via text and email.

Mark was up with the criteria I needed for my finance. He was open and honest as to the information I wanted to know from the vendor. He co- ordinated lawyer, rental appraisals. He also made exceptions for my elderly father to view the property and even went as far as letting me know he had been through and left safely. I have not purchased a home for a long time and did have some anxiety. Mark worked with all third parties on my behalf to save me from doing it. Ie rental appraisal. Mark was great to work with and has a great sense of humor.
