Mark provided all docs as soon as first visit open home and followed up phone for feedback on the property. He is proactive and efficient. He sent me message to remind auction time . After auction, he well organized sign the contract. Anyway he is excellent agent.
First time selling a house and Mark was excellent, talking through all the options and providing expert advice. The house sale was complicated with 6 siblings owning the house some being based overseas. Mark's communication was excellent throughout making sure all the owners were aware of the process, set the expectations, and informed each of what was needed every step of the way.
