Went above and beyond with empathy. From the start Mark listened and guided me through the process.
Mark and Rachel came to our first meeting fully prepared to guide me through this emotional process. With market knowledge of the area, advice on how to get the property ready and a time frame that suited me and my family. The whole process could have been much more difficult but for the empathy, professionalism and knowing that they were there for me every step of the way. I am very happy with the outcome and at no point did I feel that this process wasn't in the best hands. They went above and beyond with everything from making open homes seamlessly easy to accommodating my indoor only cat during photo sessions. I am very glad I chose to go with Mark Farah and Rachel Readhead from Barfoot and Thompson.
