Great empathy and vital local knowledge, both of local market, also local Counci. Always proactive.

It took some time before the property was ready for sale as it had been inherited unfinished, therefore lacking vital documentation from the City Council. Mark often talked me through the various processes, in a friendly and unpatronising way. He was able, I believe, to talk to contacts in local government and expedite one or two vital matters in a way I could not myself do, not being local to Palmerston North. Certain aspects of the sale I had to do myself, but Mark always talked me through them, giving excellent advice and unfailingly good-humoured and, importantly, available. Perhaps most important, I'm very happy with the result he achieved.
