I had a fantastic experience dealing with Mark Caisley when purchasing a unit for my brother, As an absentee purchaser, I really appreciated how accommodating and available he was, often making himself available outside of the scheduled open homes. He had an excellent knowledge of the retirement village and was able to answer all my questions clearly and honestly. He put me in touch with the appropriate person within the body corporate for questions that were outside of his wheelhouse. What I particularly appreciated was that Mark was never pushy or overbearing. He provided me with information and gave me the space I needed to make the right decision, while always being responsive and helpful throughout the process. Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made what could have been a difficult purchase from a distance remarkably easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely easy to deal with.
