From a marketing perspective they knew exactly what would and wouldn't work and so our spend was well targeted. Some of the extras that they helped with were finding a wonderful staging company, a feature spot on the Harcourts breakfast tv segment, vacuumed when we were unable to get back to the house, moved lawn sprinklers, bought batteries for a remote that needed fixing and so many other things that are too numerous to mention, but which all form part of the house sale process, and can be super stressful if you are living elsewhere. They even helped with some tips for a tender we were putting in for our next property. I couldn't recommend them more highly, they are so down to earth and calm and that's just what we needed during what would have otherwise been a super stressful time. I highly recommend them and wouldn't look anywhere else next time it comes time to sell.
