Sale went through for the property that was up for sale

I live in Auckland and to find accommodation in Wellington City was a mammoth of a task, especially with the time frame of one week. My daughter on the 4th day of our accommodation marathon came across the "Why rent-when you can own it!" confirmed the plan C for us. What a reassuring conversation and a welcoming tone that drew my daughter and I to the viewing. Having a strategy, implementing the plan and get it right first time was Marina's secret to selling the property. A combination of this including impeccable staging was the icing on the cake that lead to a remarkable debut open home with the largest group of potential buyers' where the house was packed. Right from the home appraisal to its selling, Marina was professional, courteous, and very empathetic to my elderly parents who were needing ti sell their family home.
