Marilyn and Ally helped us sell our property during the difficult time when the prices in the area was volatile. Their warm communication style was always on point, whether early or late at night they were available to help answer, update us on the progress. Most importantly positive mindset to continue giving us the hope. They are great communicators and empathetic to customers as they were open to incorporating our feedback. They were also very supportive with holding more open homes which was nice for us as we’ve experienced agents who only wanted to show house once a weekend to better suit their time schedule. We always felt during the sale process they were doing their best to bring clients in (even during non-open home days) and negotiated with the buyers in appropriate manner.
