Marija had a really relaxed and unpressured demeanour as we viewed several open homes she was responsible for. She told us the just the things we needed to know, rather than the sales spiel and the hyperbole we got from some other agents. It made us feel comfortable and unpressured as we looked around the properties. Marija's real skill showed when it came to closing. She never pressured us, but she made the right well-timed nudges at the right moments to get us to offer and negotiate to a good price for the vendor. It was so light-touch that we only realised afterwards how well she'd done her job, and we still feel good about the result. I'd definitely want to use Marija to sell or to help me buy a Christchurch property in the future. She makes a stressful transaction as easy and painless as it can be and got a good and fair result for her vendor.
