A genuinely excellent experience

Marie is a great real estate agent. she helped my sister and I sell our mother's house after she passed away. From the first conversation we had with her through the post-auction process, Marie provided knowledgeable and professional advice. She made the sale simple and straightforward for us. Marie's marketing of the property was highly effective. Over a 4 week period leading up to the auction nearly 100 separate groups viewed the house at either open homes or private showings. Marie was responsive to questions from buyers and managed the inspection process very well. Nine parties attended the auction and the property was sold under the hammer for a price well above our reserve. Marie's hard work resulted in an excellent outcome for us from a monetary perspective. But just as importantly she was a trusted, professional, and composed partner throughout. We couldn't have asked for more - if I could give six stars, I would.
