Marie’s market knowledge was great! I spoke with Marie one day after work and within the next day she had appraised the house, showed me what I was competing against and what had been sold around my area. Within 2 weeks the house was sold with a very very happy outcome. Communications was not a problem when or where marie was, marie would always reply or phone back soon as she could. Highly recommended.
