Maria was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We don't know the area at all so was able to give local knowledge and advice. We have purchased the home and Maria has bent over backwards to show us tradies and other businesses that we can access. Because we are from out of town she has even offered to meet tradies at our new home to give quotes. Maria has and continues to communicate in a friendly and professional manner. Maria has also been very helpful when we have asked questions of the vendors that live in a different time zone in getting responses in a really timely way. She has helped us in preparing info we have needed for tradies, bank, etc. Buying a home is really quite stressful (we don't do this every day) and she has helped and supported us at each step along the way. Sometimes I thought my question might be a dumb question but Maria never made us feel like that. She always responded to texts, emails and phone calls. She helped us feel more confident about the whole process.You'll be really lucky, blessed, etc if Maria is your real estate agent.

Maria was easy to communicate with and always kept us up to date on where things were at. Extra work for her, as our sale was a marriage separation and she had to communicate twice as much. Loved the fact, that she works on a set amount for her commission and we didn't need to work out percentages on any offers, we know what we had to pay, once our place was sold. I would most certainly engage with Maria again, for any future home sales.
