Market knowledge, communication and professionalism were all excellent - no problems at all. In hindsight, another keen bidder or two at the auction would have been good - perhaps we could have benefitted from more marketing coverage aimed specifically at the Auckland market. Maybe we all should have picked up on this at the mid way review, since we had one determined buyer and no real competition for them?
