We have been dealing with Nicole concerning the purchase of our property. Nicole was switch on and very quick to answer or find the informations for us. As the vendors were dealing with a different agent, sometimes the communications or informations was slower and not precise. On the disclosure statement, it was stipulated than an electrical certificate was available and actually it was not a proper electrical certificate (only an invoice for 25 years ago...). My recommendation to the real estate is to verify and double check information before stipulating such document is available.
