Marg knew the market very well and advised us accordingly. She managed to negotiate a reasonable offer in a market where there was alot of properties for the purchasers to choose from. She was very professional in all aspects and we felt under no pressure to accept or decline the offers presented. She allowed us the time to consider what we would accept which was good.
