Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. I understand that you may have been disappointed with the property’s presentation at settlement. While we always request that sellers hand over their property in a clean and tidy condition, this aspect ultimately remains outside our control at settlement.
Throughout the purchase process, I aimed to deliver a high level of service and support — including arranging two pre-settlement inspections so you could confirm the property’s condition before handover, and advising that any concerns be raised with your solicitor.
During our interactions, I was not made aware of any dissatisfaction, and we shared a number of positive moments with you and your young family. I even visited the council on your behalf to organise replacement recycling bins. For that reason, your comments came as a genuine surprise, as my goal was always to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved. While I believe some of your concerns may relate more to the seller’s actions than to our service, we will certainly take your feedback on board to continue improving the way we operate.
