Very good indeed.

Just a few words as requested re Sale of Roskilda Crescent. We found it went well at the beginning. It got disappointing at the end however. The shifting of garden ornaments and plants etc came as a shock after a “walk through” by the purchaser. I think it should have been talked about more to the seller at the start. Then to have to get the lock and keys organised was again disappointing. However it just took the pleasure off the deal a little (for All concerned.) Thanks so much to the 3 agents and Tremains Real Estate.I know the move has been a good one for Mrs Bisman. Maree and Nicola were totally great with all the contact I had with them. Thank you.

A brilliant experience!

Maree and Nicola have excellent knowledge of the Hawkes Bay market and achieved such great results in selling my home. I found them to be professional, approachable and kept in close communication with me throughout the process. I have not sold a home in 30 years and Maree and Nicola made a daunting task so much easier than expected.
