Marcus was really nice to deal with, nice personality not pushy. Had good knowledge, good at getting back to us with answers to questions. Nothing was to much he just fitted in with times that suited us your viewings and final inspection etc. went beyond the call of duty and fixed an issue we had when we moved in. Gave us a nice house warming gift. Really good guy can not fault him.

The pre-sales paper work and so on was fine but that was virtually the last we saw of the agent. We sold it privately within a day but of course still dealt with Bayleys. We only saw Marcus one more time, to sign the offer. We asked about the $1200 or so marketing we had paid and Marcus responded that most of it would be re-paid. We have seen nothing, even though it was not needed by Bayleys. Marcus was now totally missing in inaction, we had to organise hand over with purchaser etc. Obviously the relationship with the vendor is of no importance to Bayleys if this is your normal process
