Marcia sold our home on the Shore. It was in an awful state after our tenants left but Marcia helped us plan the renovation for sale, marketed and sold the home for more than we thought we'd get. In addition to this she accompanied us to our first open homes, contacted agents on our behalf, helped us fill in our first sale and purchase agreement, and lots of other helpful things.
