We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Marc & Jason in marketing our Lake Hayes Estate property. Initially Marc made contact and kept us informed of the market conditions prior to listing our house. Marc & Jason then developed a marketing strategy that involved publicity and auctioning the house. However due to their local knowledge and networking they were able to source a potential buyer, who made an offer, which after some negotiations was accepted. This met our price exceptions well.
