What do I like about Marc Grantham .... He is a real estate agent that has his customers at the heart of everything that he does. I say this because while I know he was working for the vendor who was selling their home and engaged him to do that for him, he summed it up beautifully when he said that he also had "a duty of care to ensure that my buying experience was first class". I enjoyed his knowledge of the Upper Hutt property market; his flexibility in making my schedule work with his; his ability to explain any process that I didn't understand; his sense of humour; and his natural ability to put me at ease during what could have otherwise been a very nerve racking experience.
