I have worked with Manuela in the past so I knew I was talking to the right person when looking for a suitable property - as always she asked questions to gain good understanding of what the needs were, and then supported me to finally find ‘the one’ property. Thank you M!
Not only did Manuela sell our property for a great price that exceeded our expectations but she also provided a professional and seamless experience. Manuela worked exceptionally hard to sell our property, she was persistent, endlessly positive and went above and beyond. We can highly recommend Manuela, she was genuine and we always felt that we were her first priority. She’s an absolute treasure.
Was really happy with manuelas work! Always on top of things, any changes I was always the first to know. Also being my first house she went over and beyond to help me, whether it was finding a solicitor or just helping me understand what everything means
From the first call, we knew that we had made the right decision in selecting Manuela to sell our home. Her communication and industry knowledge throughout the process was outstanding. She worked incredibly hard to get us a fantastic result and we are so grateful that we are able to soon be moving to the beach ! We would not hesitate recommending Manuela if you are buying or selling your home.
Manuela was absolutely wonderful to work with! This was our first home in NZ that we purchased and she guided us and kept us informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend Manuela.
Manuela made our journey as first time sellers beautifully easy. She was clear and thorough and made sure we understood everything. She was always happy to sit down over a cuppa and answer our questions, stayed in regular touch throughout the whole process and kept us well informed about the how much interest was being shown and through which channels. She managed to get our house sold remarkably quickly at a tricky time of year and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Since we have bought with her also in the past we know she is equally amazing with her potential buyers and that's why we didn't hesitate in asking her to be our agent. We could not possibly find a better agent to work with!
We are relocating from Australia to New Zealand and due to Covid we had to buy the house sight unseen. Manuela was fantastic from start to finish, she showed us the house via zoom, we didn’t feel rushed and she cheerfully answered any questions. Manuela was always available to answer any questions and very accommodating with the 3 hour time difference.
Incredible real estate skills and experience with the personal touch. Manuela is up for the challenges of buying and selling property by working hard with positive enthusiasm right through the process. Manuela is an absolute gem to work with when selling our first home. Wouldn’t go to anyone else! Always willing to go the extra mile.
We found the two agents worked well together and got a great result.
Manuela rapidly homed in on the perfect place for us in a very difficult market for buyers. Once she found our place all the details were sorted out efficiently and we had an unconditional contract in record time. She still keeps in touch with us and it is nearly a year since settlement! Manuela knows her area and just as importantly she knows how to take care of her clients :) I would recommend her to anybody trying to find that special place.
Manuela has been so helpful throughout the whole process of selling and buying, always 100% honest and genuine in every aspect of house sales and the market, keeping in contact and keeping us up to date at all times - very highly recommended.
Manuela, was fantastic from start to finish. She has helped us sell two of our homes over the past 10 years. Both times we have sold we have had great communication & tips on how to bring the best out of property to present for selling. With the attention to detail & follow up Manuela brings she's hard to beat. I fully recommend Manuela to sell your home.
