Manny and Isabelle are a team who fit together like two bookends. They have a wealth of knowledge and contacts that make them a one stop shop for selling your house. We were initally unable to sell our house because we did not have a CCC. Manny provided assistance with getting contractors that we needed to get our CCC. This was a three year journey. During this time he was unfailing supportive and posative and when we finally got our CCC he provided us with realistic expertations on the sale price for our home. He is OK for a yarpie.
