Simply the BEST!

Our experience was simply the BEST. With his knowledge and professionalism Malo considered and presented what would be 'best' in our situation. He was respectful of our opinion of 'best' and after hosting our first open homes was able to get us the 'best' result in the sale of our home. Our property had only just gone live on Thursday and one week later we were sold. Malo was committed, demonstrating both time and energy to ensure our home was sold and to support us with the opportunity for a new beginning. Malo was relatable, has a great sense of humour and very deliberate with his communications which made the entire process less daunting and we learnt so much. As this was our first home there was so much sentimental value placed on the memories of people, Malo showed us respect and patience, our conversations were not just directed about the sale, but he allowed us to share our memories with him, to show him what the house meant to us, what the neighbourhood meant to us and to acknowledge the Pacific concept of 'it takes a village' because our home had been our village. If we were to go through the selling process again we would definitely be ringing Malo back. If you want the BEST, Malo certainly delivers. Meitaki ma'ata, Meitaki korereka
