Malcolm was brilliant to work with. We really appreciated his calm, friendly and open manner. He was always available to show us properties and to answer - or find answers to - our many questions. Malcolm is very skilled at balancing the interests of both parties, working hard for the seller at the same time as giving us the space we needed to think it all through. It's a big deal buying a house and Malcolm was patient, knowledgeable, fair and responsive. It made a difference that Malcolm has lived in this community for a long time, being passionate and excited about what it has to offer. As new-comers to the area, Malcolm gave us confidence we'd made the right move.

We found Malcolm to be extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Malcolm and he went above and beyond both during the purchase negotiations and the after sale period. 9/10 Malcolm made the stressful experience of purchasing a house feel less stressful. He was our first contact in Waipu and made us feel part of the community straight away. We are still in contact with Malcolm and consider him a friend.

. A professional land agent with a can do attitude. He never once said I don’t know, without following up with a but I will find out for you or get back to you on that one. A very genuine, hard working and humble person.

Malcolm took a personal interest in our sale and was great sursport as we found it very stressful selling.
