We have over the last few decades had plenty of inter reactions with Re estate agents, most of which have been ok but Malcolm has exceeded all of our expectations. In fact he has moved the line and reset them to a new level. Hes been totally reliable, regularly gave us updates and worked beyond what anyone should. Old fashioned reliability with honesty to boot.
