Sold our House!!

Brett & I were somewhat cynical as to placing our house on the market yet again but had previously had Malcolm sell another property sometime ago so decided to work with him again. From the start, Malcolm was realistic as to what our house would sell for and there was no sugar coating of what the market was dictating. He communicated with us sometimes with a quiet beer of what was happening in the market and what to expect. Open homes we hated but realised it was a necessary process to encourage those on the watch lists to come forward. Malcolm negotiated with the new owners and ourselves professionally and calmly which we appreciated when the numbers were being crunched! Perseverance was Malcolm's strategy!! Would recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their property
