Malcolm was super awesome with us. We had been rejected on our previous offers and were feeling quite defeated about the whole process until we met Malcolm. He took the time and explained the process to us and how we could best put our foot forward. Patient, knowledgeable and kind! We also met his wife and they were both very helpful. With his advice and guidance we were able to purchase our first home. We are both relieved and excited about having a house to call our own.
