We really appreciated working with Magno. He felt more genuine than most real estate agents we’d come across, and it was obvious from the start that he knows the village inside out and genuinely loves being part of it. It feels like, for Magno, selling houses is also about helping people find their way into a community he really cares about. He was selling the lifestyle and the village just as much as the house. Though everyone's patience was tested at times, you could always tell he genuinely wanted things to work out for everyone involved. I imagine that’s not always an easy position to be in as a real estate agent. We love our house, and even though we’ve only been here a few weeks, we’re already pretty in love with the community too. We can see why Magno is so passionate about it.

Preparation, advice and follow up was excellent. One area of suggested attention is to enquire why people would want to live in our area. Magno’s focus on the property and the market was excellent but he didn’t ask why Ferndale. The Sotheby’s agent who sold a neighbouring property made a point of taking prospective buyers through the neighbourhood sharing local knowledge.
