Maggie's team did a great job demonstrating their negotiation skills throughout the evening. They worked from 10:00 PM until midnight to reach a final price, showing dedication and commitment to achieving the best outcome. Jim was excellent in his communication and explanations throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise. The team also accommodated several additional requests from me that were not originally required, and they still delivered an outstanding level of service. Overall, I am very pleased with their efforts and would highly recommend them.
