Maggie and Ellen were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the sale of our house. They worked very hard, were detail-oriented, and were always patient in answering all of our questions. Even though we live in Canada and they are in Auckland, the time difference was never a problem. They often replied after hours or first thing in the morning, which we truly appreciated. Since we were not in New Zealand during the process, they took great care of our house on our behalf. They helped coordinate cleaning, repairs, staging, and many other details, which gave us great peace of mind. Their communication was always clear and easy, and they both have great interpersonal skills, which made the negotiation process much smoother and less stressful. They also have a strong sense of the market and gave us thoughtful, practical advice throughout the process. Their company was efficient in preparing and handling the documents, making the whole experience smooth and well-organized.
