Responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to save a sale

We were first home buyers so relatively clueless about the whole home purchasing process. Maddisyn was down to earth, easy to communicate with, and was happy to walk us through the process to explain how things work and what our next steps were. She also put us in touch with all her relevant connections to make things easy (solicitor, mortgage advisor) but was not pushy over anything. She was responsive to both email and phone calls, always easy to get in touch with, and polite. On the final day of our sale still being conditional, the vendor and I were not able to reach an agreement over who should cover the cost of building repairs and the sale was about to fall through. Maddisyn made a lot of phone calls and managed to bridge the gap via using her commission to cover the cost to ensure the sale still went ahead. All of the above really speaks to her character - what more could you ask for.
