A miracle-worker who found my "Barbie Dream Home"!

I was feeling so despondent after seeing so many homes and missing out on so many auctions and negotiations. When I saw my home come on to the market, I was expecting to miss out, again. However, this was the first home I had viewed which had the "Lynn Magic"! I rang Lynn the first day that the home appeared on Trade Me and she was able to arrange for an immediate viewing - Lynn is a fast worker! I met with Lynn and she showed me the property and I fell in love. I let her know I would be putting in an offer that night - and the next morning she rang to let me know that the vendors had accepted my offer! I was ecstatic! However, there was a catch - I had a blood-thirsty "unconditional offer" chasing my due-diligence. Lynn was reassuring and helped me keep my cool as I went through the due-diligence mayhem. She reminded me of the different parts of the puzzle I had to piece together and kept track of the whole process. For all the mayhem, it was relatively stress free because Lynn kept me on track; and managed to work her magic to answer all the weird questions my parents came up with and win them over, too! She arranged multiple viewings of the property for us, and was able to liaise with the vendors to sort out a few minor problems - all while keeping that unconditional offer at bay, too! Before you knew it - the last day of Due Diligence arrived and we had that awful wait while the lawyers sorted out their stuff. I was beside myself with worry, and Lynn was able to help me keep that anxiety in check. The time was ticking and I must have texted Lynn a million times... and then suddenly my phone rang with the best news - I was successful! I was now a home owner! I couldn't imagine a better Real Estate Agent to share my joy with. Lynn truly made the most stressful thing I have ever done become a walk in the park. I couldn't thank Lynn and her magic enough. Every day I wake up and marvel that I finally got my 'Barbie Dream Home' - all thanks to the "Lynn Magic"!
