Lynn is one of those agents who does the groundwork and connects with her potential sellers on a personal level. For this sale it was extremely important that the agent brought a personal touch and a sense of fun and Lynn certainly went all out to tick these boxes. Great levels of communication throughout the campaign combined with high levels of enthusiasm for both the sale and care/compassion of the vendor.
