I became impatient when I listed with Lyndie and took the listing to another agency after a few months. What I didn’t realise was Lyndie was doing her best to sell for the highest price and I needed to be patient and let the lady do her job. Later after being disappointed with the new agent I re listed with Lyndie and the solid branding of Harcourts and It’s wasn’t long until the right buyer was found. Good results don’t always come easy. Thanks Lyndie we got there in the end!
