We were lucky to have Lynda Betts marketing and selling our house under auction last month, as she knew the market very well and we could not fault her excellent communications and efficiency at all times throughout the process... we were very well informed as to the interest in our property and she showed very good positivity in everything she did! We thank her for making a difficult time as easy as it could be with a very good result and would not hesitate to recommend Lynda to anyone selling a house on the North Shore of Auckland.

Lynda took an active interest in the preparation of our property for sale from the start of her agency. She even assisted with trips to charity shops. She also encouraged us to invest in the sale process including a broad marketing campaign, staging, site clean-up and clearing advice. Feedback from potential buyers in the lead up to auction however suggested that a much lower price would be achieved than was envisaged in the months beforehand. The final result however was much better than expected (by $300k). This, in addition to marketing and presentation of the property (per her advice), is also attributable to her hard work in on the open homes and follow-ups to bring multiple bidders to the auction. The dispensations given to the successful bidders for the auction (as negotiated by Lynda) kept them engaged and ultimately drove up the price. We placed our trust in Lynda that this would work out OK - and it did. Overall - Lynda was a pleasure to work with and she has done an excellent job for us.

With her skills, hard work, and experience, along with her wide pool of contacts, she was able to get an excellent result for us At all times Lynda was very professional and operated with a high level of integrity. It goes without saying that she is highly recommended by us.
