Harcourts are very lucky to have Lyn working for them. She provides amazing service going above and beyond every step of the way. No request was to hard for her, her willingness to work for and with me could not be faulted. Professional, honest, knowledge of the industry and its requirements along with a great sense of humour. I have now shifted away from the Rangiora area but Lyn would certainly be my first point of call if I required a land agent again.

Lyn is a straight and honest agent who has seen it all and has no need to prove herself. She just gets on with whatever needs to be done. This made her a perfect fit for us and we would recommend Lyn to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Best land agent ever. Lyn went out of her way and nothing was a bother. Cannot praise her enough.

We live in the UK and sold a house in NZ. Lyn's knowledge and experience was invaluable. She was easy to deal with and very importantly to us kept us informed every step of the way

Lyn was awesome to deal with and super easy! She went the extra mile to put the deal together and make sure all parties were happy. Nothing was a bother. And her going the extra mile is what got the deal through. Super experienced and super helpful.
