We cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had with Brett and Lyn Sawyers. As a team they created a beautiful marketing campaign and plan for our house sale, which drove a huge amount of interest in the property prior to the first open home. The video, photographs and marketing collateral were stunning. We were all set to hit the market strongly with our first weekend of Open Homes when Lockdown struck! With some very quick thinking, Brett and Lyn organised a 3D walkthrough video to be filmed for our home, which proved to be an absolute master stroke. They charged ahead, offering Private Viewings or great access to view the property online to buyers around the country. Across a 4 day period, which was to have included 3 Open Homes, Brett and Lyn provided round the clock service to us, working the phones to prospective buyers, carrying out private viewers and driving the interest in our home. They did not let any of the momentum slip at all, despite the conditions. This resulted in our auction date being pulled forward and multiple parties bidding on the property, despite being in Level 3 Lockdown. The result of the auction surpassed our expectations. We saw first hand how hard both Brett and Lyn worked for us and this sale, how flexible they were and how much strategy went into achieving the best outcome for us. Alongside this, they were a joy to work with, with first rate communication throughout the sale period. Thanks so much, we really felt that we were looked after by the best.

We met Lyn on the same day that we met Brett back in 2015 and it was completely by chance. Since Lyn has been working with Brett we have had a great time with them, often busting them at various cafes around Whangarei. I really have to say that with the sale of this house in particular Lyn has gone above and beyond for me. Being an immune compromised cancer patient, she has gone out of her way to sterilise the house and sterilise everyone that came in. She worked really hard to protect me and the house. Nothing was ever a problem for Lyn she did everything I asked and more. I couldn't ask for a better agents than Lyn and Brett, they are great friends.
