Lydia was wonderful taking responsibility for contacting everyone necessary for managing everything that needed doing that we couldn’t do ourselves. This meant I could relax and leave it to her. She was very skilled at letting me know what things of mine should disappear and what could be retained. Although the whole team were important to the sale price I cannot imagine anyone working harder to achieve a sale. Without Lydia’s commitment to finding a buyer I do not believe I would have sold my house. Finally she is such a delightful personality and charmed all my neighbours with her lovely interaction with them.
