Excellent communicator with a well thought out plan to sell the property which was well executed

We were impressed at how well-prepared Luke was when he visited the property, he even brought gumboots with him (this is a rural property). Luke had a sales pitch which was focussed on the property as a whole, not just the house. Questions were answered in a timely manner.
