Luke and his p/a Amy were very fast and professional, responding to query's and replies usually within minutes if not seconds . They chose very good viewing times for our location showing they cared about our house (even tho it wasn't a "big fish" only in the mid to low 400s ) and we're upfront and no nonsense about outcomes and results .
