I sell my property in Lower Hutt because I live oversea and want to get enough deposit for local property purchase. At the beginning, I thought I may need to come back to Wellington to see my property because it's the most valuable asset in my life. I contacted three sales agents and then I felt it's okay to sell remotely. Rather than saying that I chose Luke, it's really Luke gave me a chance to sell the property because I almost sold my property privately during the appraisal phase. Luke asked me to give him an opportunity to show the property to some existing buyers without any paperwork or contract before selling it privately.
