I never rate anyone five stars as people have growth points to work on including myself. I was impressed with Lucy's comment and confidence when I first met her. Her comment about having keeping client information as "gold" struck me as a good thing. We were curious why we had to repeat our details yet again at an open home. This property was referred to use by Jacqui who did her best to keep us in the loop with finding a property. So a quiet thank you to her as well. Knowing that we could force the sale into an early auction was the key for me. The information Lucy gave us, both in written and verbal form, made me think about how we could get the property. It was a twinkle of a thought in my brain when I read the marketing material. Lucy took us on a journey that started small and grew bigger and wider in scope. I wouldn't have thought we could secure such a delight and we have. I hope this helps you.
